This new series offers a unique opportunity to get professional help and guidance in sharing a difficult truth with those close to you. In this positive and potentially transformational series a life coach will work with you and help you prepare to tell your family and/or friends.

• You used to abuse (emotionally or physically) a spouse/child/significant other.
