Frank is a columnist for a low-brow financial magazine 'The New Age Investor'. Frank can talk the talk of finance, but doesn't seem to realise that his articles are rubbish, and that he is losing money for his readers. Confronted by a scheme so far-fetched that even he couldn't have created it, he falls for it hook, line and sinker.
