Looking for a freelance animator to create a 2:19 seconds 2-D animation Children's Music video. The video concept is based on a single from the Children's Music CD: Rhythm with Rhymes Vol.1 - the song title is: ABC Song. Story concept is completed. Will need complete production of video-including storyboard and a one-liner dialogue. We have Vector images of all the main characters.
The budget for the video is $3500. Projected release date of the video is scheduled for March 15, 2010 or earlier if possible.
